Royal Sandblasting ("we", "us") is an Auckland sandblasting business. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you request a quote through our website, by phone, by email or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and a description of the job.

Our website also uses Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tracking tags, which use cookies to measure how many people visit, call or request a quote after seeing our ads. These tags do not give us your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up your quote, and carry out any work you book with us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored with the services we use to run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), email provider and, for lead forms, Meta. We only share information with others where needed to do your job or where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements.

Your rights
